Hello. I'm a builder of creative teams and systems that let brands scale without losing the craft. I turn complicated products into stories people actually care about, staying hands-on from start to finish. Player, coach, and mentor, depending on the day. I've also become a digital transformation evangelist. Keeping a pulse on the ever-changing creative tech space and figuring out the workflows that help a company grow, not just look good. I architect the visual systems that hold it all together and keep the work moving at volume.

I love what I do. Plain and simple. I've led creative teams through the messy, high-stakes work of turning big ideas into brand experiences people remember: trade show booths that stop foot traffic cold, annual reports that make numbers feel like a story, retail environments that make a brand feel inevitable. Most recently, as Senior Manager of the Creative Center of Excellence at Topcon, I built and mentored a team of designers and producers across the US and EU, spearheaded the shift to a connected digital asset pipeline, and partnered with sales, marketing, and product leaders to ship work that moved the business, not just the portfolio.
I've carried that type of energy into work for the City of Las Cruces, the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, San Diego Latino Film Festival, New Mexico State University, and Redbeard Communications. Proof that great creative leadership isn't tied to one industry; it's a way of working. I'm at my best working with teams to build the systems and culture that let them do their best work. Then getting out of the way so it can happen.
Shipping work that moves the business forward has always been my drive. Revenue-generating activity. I've helped launch retail rollouts, build campaigns, and brand activations. All done by partnering directly with sales, marketing, and product teams. That's how I've built trust as a strategic partner.
Building a culture where ambitious work feels achievable has always been my goal. At Topcon, I managed and mentored a global team of 10 designers and producers across the US and EU. Real feedback, clear direction, and systems that let us hit high output without burning people out or cutting corners on craft.
Chasing the tools and tech that cut production time and let a team do more has always been my thing. At Topcon, that meant tearing out a handful of disconnected regional workflows and replacing them with one connected digital asset pipeline. Less friction in approvals, faster time to market, nothing lost on quality or consistency along the way.
Leading the creative strategy for Topcon's ConExpo presence in 2017, 2020, and 2023 resulted in record crowds at each show. We turned the booth into a destination, not just a display. The kind of thing that actually got industry leaders talking. And most importantly, drove significant leads, quotes, and sales.
I'm just a sucker for good design. For how much it touches, and for people who keep pushing the craft, old-school and new. A logo that's stood the test of time, a new technique that breaks the rules well. I care less about the category and more about whether there's real thinking behind it. And honestly, I'm always looking for the most fun way to get there.
